Every order at Nerd Castle is a little different: some products ship the same day, others are made from scratch just for you. Here is everything you need to know about how long things take and when to expect your order.
Order Processing Time
Processing time depends on the nature of your order:
- Standard products (no customisation): 1 to 2 business days.
- Light to medium customisation (such as laser engraving on an existing product): 1 to 5 business days.
- Fully custom, made-to-order products (built from scratch to your specifications): this varies by complexity. A standard 3D-printed item typically takes up to 14 business days under normal conditions. More ambitious projects, think a 2-metre Frostmourne replica, can take 1 to 2 months. If you are unsure about your specific order, just ask us before placing it and we will give you an estimate.
Delivery Time
Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days for items we have in stock.
If a product is out of stock, we can order it in for you. In that case, delivery time will depend on the manufacturer's location and can range from 1 to 4 weeks. We will always let you know upfront before proceeding so you can decide.
