Please note that for custom or made-to-order products (including 3D-printed items personalised to your specifications), we are unable to guarantee exact colour matching due to variations between filament batches and display screens.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include situations where we suspect reseller activity, fraud, or where order quantities appear unreasonable for personal use.
If we cancel or modify your order after it has been placed, we will do our best to notify you using the contact details you provided.
